Alex is a Senior Finance Business Partner at Barwon Health, with experience in financial strategy and management across corporate and not-for-profit sectors, particularly in public healthcare, sport, and community development.
Alex is passionate about supporting his local community through leveraging his expertise to help organisations allocate resources effectively, fostering positive change and driving financial sustainability initiatives.
Previously, Alex served as Finance Manager at the Geelong Cats and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Eva is the Head of Foundation, Philanthropy and Fundraising at the Geelong Football Club and has more than 10 years’ experience in the NFP sector.
She has experience with building campaigns, stakeholder management, securing major gifts and leading a foundation to invest back into impactful work.
Eva is passionate about inclusivity, giving back to the community and engaging with the community, and she wants to ensure everyone has a sense of belonging.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree of Business and Event Management and an Advanced Diploma of Events Management and Tourism, Eva is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course (GAICD).
Eva’s previous positions include Community Relations Coordinator at the Leukaemia Foundation and Sponsorship and Finance Officer for Mother’s Day Classic.

Gavin is the Chief Executive Officer of AWA Alliance Bank.
Gavin has over 30 years of senior leadership experience within financial services, consulting and the not for profit sector.
Gavin brings extensive experience in; strategy and organisational transformation, financial and commercial judgement, governance and risk management and leadership and culture.
Gavin is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course (GAICD) as well as the Not for Profit Directors course, holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Monash University and is an alumni with Leadership Victoria.

Kate is Director and co-founder of Russell Resources and Russell Services Group supporting efficiencies in the health and philanthropic sectors.
Kate’s expertise comes from over 30 years of diverse business/ functional experience, building a consulting company and managing comprehensive client relationships delivering complex safety, health, leadership and culture interventions. Kate initially specialized in health, completing General and Oncology Nursing and post- graduate qualifications in Occupational Health.
More recently, Kate has focused on executive and non-executive leadership, gaining experience as a member of the Board of Russell Consulting International.
She is currently on the Board Development Committee of Menzies School of Health Research and is an Ambassador for Bridging The Gap Foundation and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.

Paul is passionate about improving the health outcomes of our communities so that people can live their best lives.
Having led and mentored leaders who have been responsible for areas of growth and transformation of businesses such as GMHBA, ANZ, MDAV, Ernst & Young and Oracle, he brings a strong executive background in strategy, performance, risk and technology to the board.
As a co-founder of Cunei, Paul continues to lead the transformation of health are through the adoption of modern technology and data analytical capabilities.
Paul is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul is a corporate and commercial advice specialist who draws from experiences as a business owner, private legal advisor and in-house counsel. Having worked with management teams over many years, Paul is valued for distilling issues down to what is really important and being prepared to make a call based on judgment and experience.

Sam is a passionate strategic leader whose personal motto is ‘to always be in the service of others’. Sam held several senior strategic positions with Cotton On Group over 10 years, including managing global community initiatives and leading the development of innovative sports partnerships with the AFL and NRL, delivering powerful outcomes for customers and communities.
Sam is the current Executive Director of Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer (CB4BC) Foundation having helped lead the charity since 2017.
Sam is also the Executive Officer for The Brain Cancer Centre – which focuses on utilising fundraising from CB4BC, other charitable contributions, government grants and donations into a cohesive strategy to make progress against the brain cancer.
Having worked across brain cancer fundraising, research investment and patient advocacy for the past 8 years – Sam has held a number of Government advisory roles and is energised about making a real difference to patients and their families and to help end brain cancer as a terminal illness.

Toni is a social worker with over 20 years’ experience in human services, policy and program development and delivery. Toni has worked in the not- for-profit sector, held senior positions in state government and the Transport Accident Commission, and as a consultant to disability organisations.
Toni has a particular experience in service quality and safeguarding. Toni’s commitment to promoting individuals’ human rights, dignity and equality is supported through her volunteering as a Community Visitor with the Office of the Public Advocate.
Toni holds a Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Public Policy and Management and membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
