Independent Living Information Session – Thrive Open House – Friday July 10

Please join us to see our Thrive House for yourself and learn more about how our Independent Living programs can help you reach your goals.
We are opening our Thrive House so you can come and see this amazing space for yourself! Walk through the home, speak with our staff and customers and see how this home allows you the experience what living in your own home may look like.
On the day our staff will be available to talk about:
- Our Independent Living programs and services including our support model, values and intended outcomes
- Weekend Mini Breaks
- Thrive
- Independent Living (SIL)
The different types of NDIS funding available to those with Home and Living goals- Funding requirements for our programs - including Short Term Respite (STR) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding
- Meet and hear from customers and their families
We will also have members from our Community Inclusion team in attendance who can discuss our weekday capacity building programs and social activities.
This is a free event with light refreshments provided.
