This event will be held at our headquarters at 4 Verner St, South Geelong.
On the night, you will hear about:
- Our Independent Living programs and services including our support model, values and intended outcomes
- Weekend Mini Breaks
- Thrive
- Independent Living (SIL)
The different types of NDIS funding available to those with Home and Living goals- Funding requirements for our programs - including Short Term Respite (STR) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding
- Meet and hear from customers and their families
- Opportunities for Q&A with our team and networking with other families
We will also have members from our Community Inclusion team in attendance who can discuss our weekday capacity building programs and social activities.
This is a free event with light refreshments provided.
There will be a live stream option available for those who are unable to attend in person.
