Support Coordinator
Abbey brings 5 years of experience in the Community Services sector, holding both Certificate IV in Community Services and Certificate IV in Mental Health. She has a strong background in case management, with expertise gained from roles in employment services, disability employment services, and currently in NDIS support coordination.
In addition to her sector-specific knowledge, Abbey has over 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, and events. This diverse skill set enables her to offer a client-centered service, exceptional advocacy and negotiation abilities, and a genuine passion for achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
Director
An experienced senior executive, large project manager and consultant, Adrian brings a diverse commercial and not for profit background to the Director role.
Adrian has experience and expertise in business strategy, program/ project management, operational performance, risk management and procurement across a range industries including Health, Financial Services and Retail.
Adrian holds a Master in Business Administration and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Director
Alex is a Senior Finance Business Partner at Barwon Health, with experience in financial strategy and management across corporate and not-for-profit sectors, particularly in public healthcare, sport, and community development.
Alex is passionate about supporting his local community through leveraging his expertise to help organisations allocate resources effectively, fostering positive change and driving financial sustainability initiatives.
Previously, Alex served as Finance Manager at the Geelong Cats and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Support Coordinator
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science with the goal of completing a masters of OT. I am passionate about working in the disability sector and have been working in it since 2021.

Manager, FInancial Plan Management
Andrew joined Leisure Networks in 2021 as Team Leader in the Financial Plan Management Team, bringing extensive NDIS, Operational Management and Customer Service experience to the Team. Andrew is passionate about NDIS Plan Management in line with the NDIS guidelines, and enabling our Customers to focus on themselves while we look after their payments and Plan budgets. With a child himself who is supported by the NDIS, Andrew understands the scheme as both a parent and a provider, bringing that understanding and a considered approach to Plan Management each and every day.

Support Coordinator
Aureen has held many different roles across the disability sector over the past seven years. She is driven by a strong passion to support people with disability. As a Support Coordinator, Aureen focuses on the quality of the service delivery and impact to make it a great experience for each NDIS participant she supports. Aureen makes use of every opportunity for learning and development to enhance her skills and knowledge.

Support Coordinator
Brody has been working as a support coordinator since 2022, she enjoys working with people to achieve their goals and make the most out of their NDIS plans.
Brody previously worked as an enrolled nurse for 4 years in the hospital setting.
Brody enjoys building positive working relationships with customers, families and providers, ensuring customers have the right to make informed decisions and are encourages people to exercise their own choice and control.
In her spare time Brody enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and furbabies, she also enjoys hiking, mountain bike riding and gaming.
Director
In the early 1980s, Bryan joined the Spastic Society of Victoria (now Scope Victoria), rising to the position of Deputy Chief Executive. Bryan also served as CEO of the ACT Koomarri Association and Managing Director of Yooralla.
Following his 2008 retirement, Bryan was appointed Chairman of the Victorian National Disability Insurance Scheme Implementation Taskforce in 2011 and in 2013 was a Ministerial appointment to the Board of the Victorian Disability Services Commission.
A Board Member with NDS for 14 years and its National President for three, Bryan was awarded Life Membership of the organisation in 2010. He was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003 and an Order of Australia Medal in 2011. Both awards were for services to people with a disability.
Having served on a number of Boards over the last thirty years, Bryan brings a strong governance background and understanding of not-for-profit management to Leisure Networks. His knowledge of disability services in Australia has been particularly useful, as Leisure Networks has adapted to meet the challenges of being a National Disability Insurance Scheme service provider.
Manager, NDIS Service Development
Cam brings over 10 years’ experience working in the disability sector, and has been involved in working across many different areas including Direct Service Delivery, Planning & Facilitation, Managing a team of planners across multiple Regions and most recently expanding Leisure Networks’ Support Coordination Services into Melbourne.

Support Coordinator
Chris has over seven years experience in the disability sector across a range of roles including community and residential support work before moving into support coordination in 2019. He believes it is important to understand all aspects of how to support someone and finds joy in helping individuals reach their goals, linking them in with supports and services that they enjoy while assisting their families to stay involved. Chris focusses on working with NDIS participants and their families to give them the knowledge of how to navigate the NDIS world, giving them the confidence to use their plan. Chris prides himself building strong relationships with participants, their support networks, providers and colleagues.

Team Leader - Community Connections
Christelle brings her extensive experience in client-focused service delivery and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals. With a background in Community Services, Family violence, Mental Health and Leadership, Christelle is skilled in building strong relationships, advocating for participants, and facilitating meaningful outcomes. Her dedication to supporting communities and fostering positive change aligns seamlessly with Leisure Networks’ mission.

Specialist Support Coordinator
Connie holds a Bachelor in Nursing and has worked in the disability sector for 12 years. She is passionate about supporting participants with complex needs; assisting them to find solutions that provide a better quality of life for both the participant and those that support them. Connie is focused on seeing each participant achieve their goals to live their best possible lives.

Denise has been with Leisure Networks since 2022. She holds a Diploma in Community Services with extensive experience across welfare, early childhood and employment pathways. Her lived experience caring for family members with disabilities has given Denise a deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants and their caregivers. Denise has a genuine passion for her work in disability and providing quality support to her customers and their caregivers.

Support Coordinator
Dermott has worked in the disability sector since 2018, starting as a support worker in Specialist Disability Accommodation in Stawell and Geelong. Dermott transitioned into Support Coordination in 2023. Dermott is dedicated to enhancing participants’ well-being, social inclusion, and independence. He consistently strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those he supports. Dermott prides himself on building strong relationships with participants, families and their stakeholders

Support Coordinator
Edyta joined LN in June 2023 with experience in Assistive Technology. She has worked in the disability/aged care sector for the past 3 years and has been involved in community work for most of her career, first as a teacher, then as a legal interpreter. She is passionate about empowering her customers and enabling them to increase their independence and social interaction. She has seen the benefits of the services provided by Leisure Networks and is striving to provide a holistic and compassionate support to her customers.

Support Coordinator
Having more than 13 years of industry experience working with individuals and families impacted by disability and/ or disadvantage in the UK and Australia. Elaine has diverse experience in direct support work, employment supports, NDIS plan development, and the coordination of supports, across sectors including social housing, homelessness/ social enterprise, aged care, mainstream employment services, and most recently, the NDIS. Passionate about equity and fairness, Elaine aims to empower individuals to take control of their lives through education and supported decision-making, leading to successful outcomes. Elaine holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Business Management with a focus on resource management and strategy providing a platform for the effective use of customer plan funds and constructive collaboration within care teams.

Support Coordinator
Esnart holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with over 5 years of experience in the disability sector. She is passionate about working and supporting people living with various disabilities. She is a compassionate and empathetic individual, dedicated to assisting clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Esnart has been with Leisure Networks since 2022 and has always endeavored to support participates with a holistic individualized approach.

Director
Eva is the Head of Foundation, Philanthropy and Fundraising at the Geelong Football Club and has more than 10 years’ experience in the NFP sector.
She has experience with building campaigns, stakeholder management, securing major gifts and leading a foundation to invest back into impactful work.
Eva is passionate about inclusivity, giving back to the community and engaging with the community, and she wants to ensure everyone has a sense of belonging.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree of Business and Event Management and an Advanced Diploma of Events Management and Tourism, Eva is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course (GAICD).
Eva’s previous positions include Community Relations Coordinator at the Leukaemia Foundation and Sponsorship and Finance Officer for Mother’s Day Classic.

Gavin is the Chief Executive Officer of AWA Alliance Bank.
Gavin has over 30 years of senior leadership experience within financial services, consulting and the not for profit sector.
Gavin brings extensive experience in; strategy and organisational transformation, financial and commercial judgement, governance and risk management and leadership and culture.
Gavin is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course (GAICD) as well as the Not for Profit Directors course, holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Monash University and is an alumni with Leadership Victoria.

Support Coordinator
Helen has worked in multiple roles across the Community Sector over the past 30 years and holds an Associate Diploma of Welfare Studies. Following a career in Pregnancy Support, Helen moved into the disability sector where her experience spans: foster care, housing and case management. Helen has been with Leisure Networks since 2019. She has a special interest in supporting people with disabilities who live independently, ensuring they get the best outcomes from their plan.

Support Coordinator
Ivy has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years and holds a Master of Social Science in Social Work. She brings previous experience as a social worker in Hong Kong, focused on providing training and employment services to people with a disability. Ivy has been with Leisure Networks since 2023. She has a deep passion for helping customers achieve their goals, following a customer-centred approach where she spends quality time with people to build relationships based on trust.

Team Leader, Community Connections
Jack has worked across many roles in the disability sector for over 16 years and holds a Diploma in Community services. He has been a direct Support Worker, supported people with disability to live independently in residential houses, been a client engagement coordinator, and a TAC Financial Intermediary. He has been at Leisure Networks since 2017, moving from his role as Support Coordinator to Team Leader in 2019. Customer outcomes is his main driver. Jack focusses on working closely with participants and their networks to build their circle of supports and ensure participants have everything they need to work towards their goals in life

Support Coordinator
Jane brings many years of experience working in the disability sector both in Melbourne and regional Victoria, with close to 10 years working in Support Coordination. Over her time, she has witnessed significant legal and cultural changes in the sector. She holds a Certificate in Disability (MRN) as well as a Degree in Art History. Jane joined Leisure Networks in 2022 and enjoys being part of a support team working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary framework that focuses on positive outcomes for our customers.

Specialist Support Coordinator
Jojo has been with Leisure Networks for five years. She holds a Master of Social Work and has case management experience working with newly arrived refugees. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping individuals achieve what they want in life. Jojo is a keen learner and strives to continually grow and develop as a person.

Support Coordinator
Julia is an experienced Support Coordinator, who works with individuals from childhood through to adulthood. Her background in support work has provided her with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of individuals with disabilities. Julia’s commitment extends to her current pursuit of psychology studies, further fueling her passion for providing well-informed care, to ensure every individual’s journey is characterised by empowerment and well being.

Specialist Support Coordinator
Julian is an experienced specialist support coordinator with nearly a decade of knowledge in the disability sector. He is dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities, with a particular focus on individuals dealing with mental health and psycho-social challenges. Julian has a degree in psychology as well as practical experience working on crisis support lines, which gives him a unique skill set and a deep understanding to support the needs of vulnerable individuals.
Our Living Well Programs are designed to help people build their capacity, skills and confidence in a supportive group setting. Programs are co-designed with participants to provide fun opportunities that are appropriate for each group.

Our holiday programs offer people of all ages the opportunity to connect with their community, make friends and experience new things in a small group setting. We offer programs most days over the holidays period (except public holidays) for a range of ages.
Our capacity building programs can assist people into employment, independent living or in pursuing a healthy, more active life.

As an experienced NDIS plan management provider we take the worry out of paying your NDIS bills. Our staff are skilled, efficient and very responsive, ensuring providers are paid on behalf of people with an NDIS plan.
Our support coordinators help people learn about the NDIS, assist with choosing new services, find programs to build independence and manage their NDIS funding. Support Coordinators are very experienced with the NDIS and in finding ways to meet a person’s needs and their goals.
